Our Hope Association is supported by a Board of Trustees and a Board of Advisors whose members have diverse backgrounds and qualifications, but are unified in their commitment to help women achieve lifelong recovery from alcoholism, addiction and the mental health and emotional conditions related to these diseases…

Board of Trustees

Executive Committee:

President Richard D. Gritter, MSW is currently a Management Consultant.  He began his very full career as a family therapist in Toledo, Ohio.  He then served as Executive Director of the Tuscola County Family Counseling Center before becoming CEO of Wedgwood Christian Services, a position he held for 33 years.  Dick serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board. He has served on Our Hope’s Board since 2006.

Vice President Anne Ficeli, CPM is currently Director of Property Management, West Michigan Property Management for Colliers.  In addition to serving as Vice President,  Anne chairs the Properties Committee of the Board.  She has served on Our Hope’s Board since 2009.

Treasurer Tripp Corl is currently the President of Alloy Exchange, Inc.  As Treasurer of Our Hope’s Board, he also serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee. Tripp has served on Our Hope’s Board since 2009.

Secretary Michael Lunt is currently Director-Global Private Equity for RDV Corporation.  He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board and has been a member of Our Hope’s Board since 2009.

Executive Committee Member at Large Margaret Rose, LMSW, CAADC, ACT, MINT is employed by Cherry Street Health Services in the Workforce Development Department and is the Clinical Supervisor for the Limited Licensed BSW/MSW Social Workers.  With over 20 years of experience, she is credentialed as a Certified Advanced Alcohol & Other Drugs Counselor,  is a Certified Affiliate of the "Academy of Cognitive Therapy" at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia, PA, and is also a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers.  Additionally, Margaret is sole proprietor of Rose Training & Education, LLC, providing outpatient therapy, licensing supervision for Social Workers and trainings for groups and organizations.  Her specialties include addiction, mental illness, co-occurring disorders and trauma.  She joined Our Hope's Board in 2010 and chairs its Operations Committee.

Trustees:

Carmel Loftis is the daughter of one of Our Hope’s founders and has served on the Board since 2009.  She is co-owner of Sanctuary Folk Art Gallery in Grand Rapids with her husband, Reb Roberts.   Carmel is co-leader of Our Hope’s Visions of Hope Volunteer Committee and serves on the Marketing and Development Committee of the Board.

Tom Welch is the grandson of one of Our Hope’s founders and has served on the Board since 2009.  He is the CEO of Raider Development, a Real Estate Development firm in West Michigan.

Maggie Ellwood joined the Board in October 2010.  She previously worked in Brand Management and Global Advertising Services for The Procter & Gamble Company in Cincinnati, Ohio and co-owned a small catering company in Grand Rapids prior to joining the Board.  Maggie chairs the Marketing and Development Committee of the Board.

This Board is comprised of those who have previously served on the Our Hope Association Board of Trustees and/or are fully committed to help the organization reach its goals by serving in an advisory capacity.
