Your relationship with Our Hope begins just where you need it to. This might mean calling or contacting us online, making an appointment for a tour (any Wednesday between noon and 1 pm), or scheduling a time for one of our thorough, completely confidential assessments, which can be done at our office or in the privacy of your West Michigan home. As part of an assessment, we will help you create a personalized plan for recovery that best meets your needs and goals. This might involve recommending a facility for medical detoxification or it could include one or more of the services from our comprehensive continuum.
