At Our Hope, we know that a woman’s recovery is a life-long journey and as such, each woman who completes treatment at Our Hope leaves with a detailed Continuing Care Plan. This plan, developed cooperatively with the woman's primary therapist, includes goals and action steps to address her unique issues, needs, and hopes. In addition, we provide multiple resources to support our alumnae as they embark on their renewed, healthier lives in recovery.
Weekly Women's Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting
Our Hope hosts a weekly Women's Alcohol Anonymous Meeting on Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Women attend this meeting during their treatment at Our Hope and are encouraged to continue attending as part of their aftercare. Recovering women in the community are also encouraged to attend.
Monthly Alcoholics Anonymous Speaker's Meeting
Our Hope hosts a monthly AA Speaker's Meeting on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. Women attend this meeting during their treatment at Our Hope and are encouraged to continue attending as part of their aftercare. Recovering women in the community are also encouraged to attend.
Recovery Principles Group
Our Hope offers a bi-weekly psychoeducational group on recovery principles every other Saturday from 9:00am to 10:30am. Each group provides an opportunity to learn about and discuss a different 12 Step recovery principle, including the meaning of the principle and how to incorporate it into your own life. This group is included in the Residential Treatment program schedule and is also available at no cost to Intensive Outpatient clients and Alumnae of both Residential and Intensive Outpatient Treatment.
Ongoing Individual Therapy
Ongoing individual therapy is available to women who have completed Residential or Intensive Outpatient Treatment at Our Hope. Women interested in this service may speak with their individual therapist about scheduling and pricing during Continuing Care Planning.
