Compared to similar programs, Our Hope is one of the best competitive values in Residential or Outpatient Treatment and After Care. The experience and expertise we bring to each woman’s lifelong recovery plan is as excellent as that of the most recognized national and international addiction and alcoholism treatment facilities. And, while all of our services are priced at or below those of other facilities in the U.S., we are always willing to work with you to make treatment at Our Hope affordable.Insurance and Credit Partnerships
We gladly accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, VISA, and MasterCard as payment for any of our services. Beyond this, we have partnerships with Cigna Insurance for both Residential and Outpatient Treatment and Priority Health Insurance for Intensive Out patient Treatment. We are working to expand our partnerships with insurance companies, so please call our Executive Director, Carolyn Avery, at 616-451-2039 to discuss working with your insurance company.Financial Assistance Fund
We are always willing to work with you to find a way to make treatment at Our Hope affordable. In fact, thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have established a small Financial Assistance Fund to which any woman with demonstrated financial need may apply to help defray the expenses of Residential or Intensive Outpatient Treatment at Our Hope. Please contact Executive Director, Carolyn Avery, at 616-451-2039 to discuss this or ask any other questions you may have about the cost of Our Hope’s services. We’re here to make this very important process simpler and more affordable in any way we can.Community Partnerships
For women interested in treatment at Our Hope, but without the means to pay for it using the resources above, we maintain partnerships with two community funding partners:
Kent County, Michigan Residents – If you reside in Kent County and do not have insurance or have Medicaid or the Kent Health Plan, you may qualify for financial assistance through Network 180. Often, it’s as easy as making a phone call to a clinician at the Network 180 Access Help Center Helpline, open 24 hours a day every day of the year. You can reach them at 800-749-7720.
Residents of Arenac, Bay, Huron, Montcalm, Shiawassee or Tuscola Counties – If you reside in any of these counties and do not have insurance or have Medicaid, we encourage you to call Access Alliance of Michigan at 800-327-4693 to discuss the possibility of their placing you at Our Hope.
We encourage any woman interested in learning more about treatment at Our Hope, regardless where you live, to call our Resident Services Coordinator, Beth Piersma, or our Executive Director, Carolyn Avery, at 616-451-2039 to discuss how we might work with you to access the treatment you or a loved one deserves at Our Hope.
