Q: Why do you enjoy working with women or in the recovery community?
A: I enjoy working in the recovery community because I get to see women grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves. Being even a small part of that process is really meaningful to me. It's rewarding to be in an environment built on support, understanding, and second chances.
Q: What do you bring to Our Hope?
A: I bring a welcoming and supportive presence. I'm often one of the first people clients see when they arrive, so I try to make them feel comfortable, safe, and respected from the start. I also stay approachable throughout the day, so clients know they have someone they can come to, even for small things.
Q: What is one fun fact about you?
A: One fun fact about me is that I know ASL because my daughter is deaf and has cochlear implants. Learning it for her has been really meaningful and special, and it's something I'm really proud of.
Q: Anything else you’d like to add?
A: I'm really grateful to be part of a team that genuinely cares about the women here. It's a positive and supportive place to work, and I'm proud to be a part of it.
